New for Spring: Carven Resort 2012 Collection

Our very first shipment for Spring 2012 has arrived, from our favorite new label Carven.

There is a perfect mix of classic shapes and modern draping, with neutral tones mixed with bright hues. This collection builds on the feminine vision of Fall 2012, with perfect cotton and satin fabrics for spring.

First up, we have in stock this beautiful navy and white woven fabric jacket with sloping shoulders in the perfect cropped length.

A staff favorite for spring is this off-white cotton poplin dress, with expert tailoring and a full skirt with gathered detailing at the hips.

The collection also includes the perfect lightweight black dress for spring and summer. It's a satin fabric with a knot detail at the waist, with beautiful draping.

We are in love with this leather jacket! From the cut, to the color, to the texture of the leather -- this is a stunning piece.

 Next up, a cute and simple skirt in thick cotton fabric with great pleats and pockets:

Another instant favorite, this 100% cotton knit cardigan. This is the kind of piece you'll want to layer over everything in the spring:

 Finally, this stretch jersey knit wrap dress in the perfect taupe color with asymmetrical sleeves continues the elements of Carven that make it special: great body-flattering draping combined with unexpected little details.
