Spring's Vanessa Bruno áthe collection perfectly compliments the runway line, as well as our other designer lines. This season focuses on soft pastels and eyelet detailing, combined with select overdyed pieces in rich jewel tones and browns.

These looks continue in the long tradition of casual elegance that Vanessa Bruno has perfected. The vibe is laid back, chic, and pretty without being too precious -- in short, the subtly cool Parisian style we strive to offer at nida.

Pick of the Day: The Perfect Party Dress

Hands down one of our favorite pieces of the season: this beautiful taffeta dress from Carven.

The perfectly lightweight fabric gives it volume and keeps you cool in the spring and summer weather.

It can be molded to appear more flat or full, and holds the shapes and folds you create.

From the front it looks like a classic, minimal silhouette.

But the back is dramatic, with a long opening, and ties at the top, which are pliable for creating either a subtle knot or a big full bow.

It must be seen and tried on in person! Versatile, simple, but singularly unique.

Vanessa Bruno's Interior Inspiration

We just came across these lovely photos of Vanessa Bruno's Parisian apartment on The Style Files blog. So perfect for the mood of springtime, this space has the same casual elegance her clothing embodies.

And if you haven't seen it already, this runway video is expertly shot and edited. The intro is so wonderful, as you can see Ms. Bruno herself working with the models while wearing pieces from the new collection. The amazing detail and quality of the clothing shines through in this equally high quality video.

Vanessa Bruno's 'Moonlight' Campaign Video

Spring runway piece from Vanessa Bruno continue to arrive in store. Watching this mesmerizing campaign video, featuring Kate Bosworth, we spotted some of our favorite piece now in stock at nida SF.

The gorgeous silk patchwork dress shown beginning at 1:07, and the olive green jacket she wears as riding the motorcycle through the desert are both available.

This short film sets the mood for the rest of the spring collection. With fitted brocade jackets, refined tunics, and silk patchwork shift dresses with patches of metallic silver, these looks are at once classic and futuristic.
